Cycle Portland is a small business, Santana receives no commission from Cycle Portland nor vice versa.
Please keep these critical details in mind when making your reservation:
- Please note that all of our bikes are available by size in limited capacity, we recommend booking early to ensure you get your preferred rental.
- Please plan to bring your own helmet, or you may purchase one during checkout.
- You may choose from flat Pedals, no pedals, or you may purchase clipless pedals during checkout
- Bring your own lock. If your rental bike is stolen, you will need to pay for it as well as any lost rental revenue.
- You may purchase water bottles during checkout
- Bring your own tools and inner tubes (all riders on Santana’s tours are required to carry enough tools and spares to make simple adjustments and/or fix a flat).
- Don’t want to fly with your flat kit? Cycle Portland offers saddle bags containing 1 inner tube, 2 tire levers, 1 CO2 pump, and 2 CO2 cartridges for $40 per bike during checkout. Santana does require the guests to carry a flat repair kit.
- All transactions are strictly between you and Cycle Portland. (Santana can’t make a reservation for you!)
- The rentals have a 14 day cancellation policy from the departure date for a full refund.
- Our team of Cycle Portland Guides will be on hand at the beginning to help with bike fit, and end of the tour to check in your bike.
- Your bike will be delivered and fitted to you at the start of your tour on 8/18/24, and picked up after the final day of riding on 8/24/25.
- You will have the option of a 7am dropoff for the pre-ride at the hotel, or 10am dropoff at the Port of Camas/Washougal
